One of the most important aspects of the website design for any eye care provider is readability. Ophthalmologist and LASIK surgeon Dr. Richard Foulkes has been a client of Page 1 Solutions for several years. He collaborated with us on a new website design for his practice that emphasizes visibility of the services he provides, as well as a clear eyeline to background information on Dr. Foulkes.

High-cost, high-involvement purchase decisions typically take a long time to convert buyers to the action stage of the buyer cycle. Funnel campaigns are a desirable option for practices that want to streamline the purchase decision process.

What Is a Funnel Campaign?

Elias St. Elmo Lewis founded the concept of a funnel, defined as “a series of steps the customer follows, each one leading them closer to purchasing your product”. A social media marketing funnel campaign essentially guides users through the purchase decision process by utilizing retargeting methods in paid ads with marketing messages that align with each step in the decision process. Kirk Eye Center in River Forest, IL has been with Page 1 Solutions since late 2017. During that time, there has been a lot of collaboration to help increase overall Lasik and Glaucoma cases for the practice. Now in its third generation of ophthalmologists, the Kirk family of eye doctors has a long history of caring for patients in the Greater Chicago area, including River Forest, Gurnee and Oak Park. The Kirks and associate doctors prominently appear in a slider section on the home page, giving visitors an opportunity to get to know the family before scheduling an appointment. Drs. Kent Kirk, Scott Kirk and Tyler Kirk answer questions about LASIK, blade-free cataract surgery and other advanced procedures in a series of original videos.

Patients also feature in these video galleries to share how vision correction and eye surgery at Kirk Eye Center has changed their lives.
