Background

A board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Obaid is the founder of North Texas Plastic Surgery. With offices at the time in Southlake and Plano, Texas, Dr. Obaid approached Page 1 Solutions with the objective of building his digital footprint in the Dallas area, with the ultimate goal of opening a new physical office in Dallas.

Page 1 Solutions and North Texas Plastic Surgery have collaborated closely on a multi-channel digital marketing strategy for over 1 year. During that time, Dr. Obaid has seen major increases in his leads, website traffic, and search engine rankings.

Goals

The overall goal when Dr. Obaid signed with Page 1 Solutions was to increase organic search presence and leads to the point where he could open a Dallas location. When Dr. Obaid came onboard, most of his business was driven by pay-per-click (PPC). The client wanted to grow his exposure to include organic results, with a corresponding increase in leads.

Optimizers at Page 1 Solutions introduced Schema markup to the website for all major practice areas.

2. Yext

Page 1 Solutions created and optimized Yext profiles for all offices to keep Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP) information consistent across major online directories.

3. Directories/Backlinks

Optimizers at Page 1 Solutions earned listings for Dr. Obaid on multiple local and medical industry directories. Our team worked with the client to ensure that more than 50 medical provider websites had backlinks to the North Texas Plastic Surgery website via the “Find a Physician” tool.

4. Before and After

Dr. Obaid consistently sends us new before-and-after images, providing fresh content for surgery results. Each before-and-after photo also has a brief description of the procedure.

5. Recurring Content

6. Facebook Ads

Page 1 Solutions created and managed three Facebook ad campaigns lasting over 6 months.

Since most of the website traffic is mobile, Page 1 Solutions implemented a “sticky nav” on the site at the end of January 2018.

Dr. Obaid and his team consistently collaborate with team members at Page 1 Solutions. They implement marketing suggestions and work independently to grow their online presence.

Page 1 Solutions provides lead tracking to the client via call tracking, form submissions, live chat agents, and text message chat support. Our team also administers a database of emails gathered through downloads of premium content. These email addresses enable us to supplement the client’s leads through well-timed follow-up database marketing messages.

We also focus on building the client’s online reputation through a reviews and ratings management tool, as well as optimizing his Healthgrades profile to bring greater awareness of Dr. Obaid on a major third-party website for consumers seeking medical providers.

The client invested extensively in social media advertising. In November 2017, Page 1 Solutions launched ad campaigns on Facebook for tummy tuck and butt lift surgery, as well as a remarketing campaign to encourage website visitors to schedule a free consultation.

The team at North Texas Plastic Surgery is very knowledgeable of cosmetic internet marketing, providing their own custom content on multiple platforms. In-house staff members manage day-to-day social media engagement, interacting with fans and followers on a daily basis. Dr. Obaid himself shoots original video that he uploads to his YouTube channel and Instagram page, alternating the content between patient education and silly, off-the-cuff clips. In addition, Dr. Obaid is active on Snapchat, using it to connect with patients in an even more direct, often lighthearted fashion.

  • Lead generation: Since the beginning of the marketing campaign in May 2017 (corresponding to the launch of the redesigned North Texas Plastic Surgery website), leads increased from 825 during the month of launch to 1,673 in the strongest month of the campaign.
    • RESULT: Increase of more than 100%
  • Website traffic: Pageviews on the website grew from 56,248 the month of launch to 235,550 pageviews at the height of traffic.
    • RESULT: Increase of 319%
  • increase in clicks from search over 1 year for North Texas Plastic SurgerySearch rankings: From May 2017 to May 2018, the client saw a significant, sustained increase in both search impressions and clicks to the North Texas Plastic Surgery website from search results.
    • Impressions: Increase of 865% year-over-year
    • Clicks: Increase of 1,069% year-over-year
      • Organic search traffic grew significantly 3-4 months after Page 1 Solutions had set up Schema on the site for all major practice areas.
  • Mobile Traffic & Conversions: Mobile conversions increased after the launch of the sticky menu.
  • Paid Social Media Ads: Approximately 250 leads for Facebook Ads on tummy tuck and butt lift surgery, plus a remarketing campaign.
