In this third installment of Dan Goldstein's interview with Mike Swanson, Mike explains that Harlan Schillinger encouraged him to write the book and then goes on to explain why he decided to write it.  How David Beats Goliath has received excellent reviews from multiple organizations.  All profits are donated to the AAJ's Seventh Amendment Fund.
