Giving Back

Internet Marketing

t Page 1 Solutions, we believe that doing a great job means giving back to the world. We put our talents to use as a full service web-marketing firm to help numerous charities and organizations both locally and globally. Here are just some of the ways that Page 1 Solutions provides services to those in need:

The Jeffco Action Center (JAC)

Established in 1968 to address the basic human needs of residents in Jefferson County, Colorado, JAC became the sole recipient of the recent Page 1 Solutions Open House and Charity Fund-Raising event. Page 1 Solutions and its guests were able to raise over $650.00. By turning our offices into a carnival, complete with game booths, hot dogs and cotton candy, we were able to provide a fun atmosphere for our clients while giving back to our community! Ever since our Open House, we have kept a large donation box for JAC in our break room and through the generous gifts from our staff, we have been able to take multiple truck loads of goods to JAC. http://www.jeffcoac.org

Warm Woolies

Their mission is simple: provide poverty-stricken children with warm clothing. Their method is amazing. Knitters from all over America knit sweaters, vests, hats, mittens and slippers and then Warm Woolies distributes them to orphanages in Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, and a small tribal reservation in South Dakota. Page 1 Solutions was proud to build their website in 2004 and redesign it in 2007. Our ongoing work for their site stretches their ability to warm the world, all the way to our hearts. http://www.warmwoolies.org

The New Sudan Education Initiative (NESEI)

NESEI began in 2003 when locals, exiled for eighteen years, were able to finally return home. What they found when they returned was disease, hunger and poverty. NESEI's members quickly formed a partnership between the Southern Sudanese government and their global network of friends to bring the gift of education back to Sudan. Page 1 Solutions was able to use our resources and design to develop a brand-new website for their organization. Launched in February 2007, this site was recently highlighted in Step Into Design. http://www.nesei.org

Energy Literacy Advocates (ELA)

Nobody wants to pay high prices for gasoline, but the fact is that America and its economy are dependent on foreign oil. This is just one of the issues the ELA is working on. Page 1 Solutions has partnered up with the ELA to help make America "energy literate". By providing the ELA with a brand new website and hosting service, we hope they will be able to influence national energy policy and save our environment. http://www.energyliteracy.org

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit housing ministry that invites people from all over the world to help build homes for families in need. In the spring of 2005, Page 1 Solutions formed a team to help one of their projects in the Denver Metro Area. Our volunteers spent the day cutting and hammering new concrete siding and moved a local family one step closer to fulfilling a dream. http://www.habitat.org

Athletics and Beyond

An education based program from Aurora, Colorado, Athletics and Beyond is working to change the lives of America's inner-city youth, one athlete at a time. In 2006 Page 1 Solutions helped design and develop their website just in time for a large fund raising program they were involved with. Since then, Page 1 Solutions has helped keep their website up-to-date and provided hosting for their site. http://www.athleticsandbeyond.com

Faces of Tomorrow

Faces Of Tomorrow is a non-profit organization working to provide children in underdeveloped countries with surgical, dental and medical services for facial deformities, particularly those with cleft palates. In 2007, one of our clients (Brad Mitchell from Griffin and Reed Eyecare) asked us to help, and introduced us to Dr. Brian Rubenstein, the founder, who has been going on similar surgical missions for several years and has provided surgical services to over 150 different children. It is a privilege to work with providers committed to making a difference for those less fortunate.
