Yet another Plastic Surgery site goes live! Behold Gawley Plastic Surgery!
In this new website design for board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Bryan Gawley I used a color palette of blue-grays, warm rusty colors and peach tones that relate to Dr. Gawleys existing print marketing materials. The new practice logo and some of the curvy shapes from the marketing materials were also carried over to create consistency.
One of the request from the doctor was that the new website were to have an Arizona feel to it, which was accomplished by the background banner imagery. Dr. Gawley also wanted to have a lot of information on his home page, showcasing all the different things he could offer a potential client, as well as his media appearances and his expertise in the Cosmetic Surgery field. Are you ready to open the door to a beautiful new you?
When I first opened up the door to Gonyon Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in Northern Colorado, I was blown away by the amazing facility. So luxurious, yet warm and welcoming. I met up with Dr Denis Gonyon and his staff to discuss a redesign and reprogramming of their current website. I was also amazed how caring and dedicated the staff are to Doctor Gonyon, and how much they care about their practice and their patients. Top notch all the way! Not an easy task for a desiner to carry through to a website, but I think the end result is stunning, if I may say so myself.
BEFORE

Glamorous and conservative were some of the words that came up when the staff described the practice. They researched luxury brands before coming up with their new logo, which is incorporated in the design in the banner, but also as a background "wall paper texture" of the website.
AFTER

They were able to supply me with professional photography of their facility, but also allowed us to take our own photos during our visit. The staff really liked the color scheme of the old website, but also the colors scheme of their new facility, and wanted to incoporate some gray-blue colors in the end. I took all of that into consideration when creating the new look.
Welcome to Gonyon Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery!

Jacoby & Meyers Law Offices aquires PersonalInjury.com
As the Jacoby & Meyers Law Offices took over the PersonalInjury.com site, I went for a sleek color palette using some of the colors from the current PI site, but by now giving it a "Jacoby" legal feel. Some of the elements that were eliminated in the new design was the "state-by-state-pop-up-map", instead we added a search field above the banner to cover this, and we also removed the bordless video.

For the home page we went with a bigger banner. Internal pages have a narrower banner to bring the content up higher on the page. The animated banner for home page incorporate some of the taglines used in their current Drupal website. This was done to tie the two sites together by look and wording. Internal pages were given static banner images.

With the end in mind!
Sometimes things change along the way and the end result ends up being so much better. That is what happened when personal injury attorney Marc Albert was looking to leave his current law firm and branch out on his own. He started his firm based upon a vision: to deliver top flight representation together with the type of personalized attention he feels every injury victim deserves.
Mr. Albert's new office, marketing materials and logo were in the process of being done by an outside agency. The color palette I originally created was based on the blue-gray-silver-brown colors used in the new logo/marketing materials.
The animation on the new website focuses on the Marc Albert's big firm experience and results, his professionalism, media exposure and the cases won in the past, while offering the personalized care of a small law firm. My intention was that the site visitor would feel the warmth and personal attention through imagery and colors.
Once buildout was completed the site went through a complete color overhaul in black-silver-red" to put more emphasis on building the new law firm and the experience Marc had accuired when he spent nearly a decade running the personal injury and medical malpractice divisions of Seeger Weiss LLP, a prominent New York City mass tort and personal injury law firm.
The end result is a very sleek, highend look, fit for a new NY law firm! Click here to visit the Marc S. Albert legal site.

Some would say Dr. Corey's new site is "bootylicious"!
Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon John J. Corey was looking for his new site to not be too cluttered, high end, displaying modern elegance, but at the same time he wanted it to be friendly, and not too sterile feeling. He was looking for a site with a sensual feel. Something a little out of the ordinary using browns, tans, blues and greens. Warm beach feel with cool accents and stunning imagery.

Dr. Corey’s approach to plastic surgery draws on his training here in the United States as well as Brazil. He travels to Brazil, educates other doctors and bring what he learns there to the States, something I think comes across in the look and feel of the new design combined with the written content.
A picture is worth a thousand words
The new site incorporates stock photography from the beach with a body focus, as well as some of Dr. Corey's own images from Brazil. Visit the website to see for yourself!

Dr. Hartog's New Breast Reconstruction Site

Dr. Hartog's breast reconstruction site is live!
This is the first in a series of Bougainvillea Clinique websites to get a makeover. Two more websites will follow this breast reconstruction site. There was a team of people colaborating on this project and it was my personal pleasure putting everyone's ideas together into this beautiful website.
Dr. Hartog is an exquiste photographer. I was able to select photos from his extensive library. I also had the best marketing materials, videos and testimonials to work with. I was also given creative freedom to design the structure and look for all three of the sites. What more could I ask for?!
The banner area is the focal point of the website. When you have images of this quality, you want to showcase them. There is a good balance in the banner area between the video, logo, tagline and background image. A scrolling blog feed on the home page keeps all visitors up to date on breast reconstruction news.
The color scheme on this site is simple, yet effective. The prodominantly blue site conveys a feeling of cleanliness, professionalism and security. Hints of magenta from the logo used throughout the design tie everything together.
I feel lucky to be the creator of this design. I'm very happy with how the site turned out. Dr. Hartog does amazing work in and out of his practice. I wanted the same high standard for his website.

First off, I love the cleanliness of this site. The client wanted a professional and clean look from the get-go. I was happy with the colors he approved of. You get a lot of contrast between the dark brown background and the interior of the site.
I did minimal layering on this design. But, where I did overlap or layer areas really gave the site some nice depth.
What better way to engage the public then having large images in the banner area. I chose some very striking photos in my opinion and they look incredible!
I designed a new logo incorporating the colors from the site. I'm pleased with the font and the DK watermark behind the font. I think he would be able to use this logo on any printed material as well.
The pictures I used for the "calls to action" are sexy but not sleazy. The intention of a call to action is to draw your eye to it and I think I achieved that. He expressed the importance of a "specials" cta, so that is the first one you see right below the contact form.
Dual navigation makes it easy to move around the site. The phone numbers are high on the page and easy to find. The gallery of this site turned out great! He had good photos which always helps. The developer on this site, Megan, did an incredible job at building this out. Everything works seamlessly.
I'm very pleased with the way this site came out. I hope it stands the tests of time and generates a lot of business!

In my opionion, this is the best site I've designed at Page 1 Solutions. The client gave me total freedom to create this website. That can be a blessing and a curse. If you get out of control you might miss the mark. But, if you keep the clients goals in mind and work with what they give you, both parties can come away happy.
Some of their competitors have very nice, modern sites. Knowing that and the fact that a lot of people will see this site because they are based out of Philadelphia inspired me to create a top-notch site!
They have a great logo. The professional photos that were taken were impeccable. And the video was very well done. It's every designers dream to have such good materials to work with.
I found an incredible image of the Philadelphia skyline at dusk and I knew that would be the background of the site. I sampled the entire color palette for the website from this picture. That really put the site together.
I love all the elements you get above the fold on the index.html page; logo, contact info, video, animated banner, secondary navigation, scrolling ticker and a mini contact form. Every bit of that area was utilized but it doesn't feel cluttered or too busy.
The interior pages have HUGE banners with 4 pictures that cycle through. The secondary menu, verdicts & settlements ticker, and mini form move over to the left column and the content moves up. The cta's in the right column on the home page move to the bottom of the content area on the inner pages.
I think this site will stand the test of time and remain modern looking for many years.
